- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY FOR PURPOSES OF CONDUCTING A MARKET RESEARCH FOR FILE FOLDERS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR BID. All responses must be in writing. NO telephonic responses will be accepted. Interested parties should identify themselves by Company name, address, phone number, fax, e-mail address of Point of Contact. If interested party/s have a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract, please provide contract information. Market research is being conducted for the following: File folders, pressboard, type 1, letter size, end tab, 2" expansion with white tyvek tape, two 2" permanent fastners in positions 1 and 3, front size: 8.75" x 11.5"; back size: 9.5" x 12.25". File folders must be available in the following colors: Brick Brown, Executive Red, Light Blue, Light Green, Maple, Orange, Pacific Blue, Palm Green, Pearl Grey and Yellow.
