Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 52 each for the base year and option years. Configuration control applies. Navy CSI. 400 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, more than one source, intended sources Cage 78286, Cage 15152. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
