- Description: See numbered notes 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2510-01-439-7087 ? Frame, structural, being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12469262 and all related data. Total quantity required 241 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, FOB destination. The solicitation also includes incremental price breaks up to 500 each. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 4/20/06. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD or at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is for 100 each to be delivered in 150 and 100 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
