- Description
- GS05P06SVC3007 is for Planning and Estimating Services in Southeastern Michigan, Southwestern Michigan, and the remainder of the State of Michigan. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to perform planning and estimating services as outlined in the solicitation. Performance period is for one year with four (4) additional options year. Estimated start date is July 1, 2006. This procurement is for full & open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The request for proposals will be issued on or about January 30, 2006. GSA is issuing the solicitation electronically only. Mail, facsimile, telephone or electronic mail requests will not be honored. In order to obtain the solicitation documents, contractors must be registered at both the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) websites. IMPORTANT: No Federal material can be downloaded until registration has been completed at both sites. Those interested may gain access to FedTeDS by firs registering with Central Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov (you must have a valid Duns number issued by Dun and Bradstreet to register). Contractors will obtain a CCR MPIN and CAGE Code after registering successfully. After registration in CCR, please visit the FedTeDS website at http://www.fedteds.gov. You will then be required to access the vender registration form by selecting the hyperlink entitled Register with FedTeDS and then choosing the Vendor Registration Form hyperlink. You will be required to enter your CCR MPIN and CAGE code or Duns number to receive a user name and password for FedTeDS. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps and FedTeDS for possible amendments and/or additional information. As of January 1, 2005, as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors will be required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as part of the proposed submission. You may access ORCA via the following URL, www.orca,bpn.gov Potential offerors should refer to the solicitation package regarding instructions involved the use of ORCA. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer whose name appears herein. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered.
