Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Jenkintown, Pennsylvania Requirement: The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, that will be expiring January 2, 2007. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,919 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,783 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. The lease term requirement is for 5 years, 3 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by November 15, 2006. The delineated area is: ? West Avenue from Washington Lane to Walnut to Jenkintown Road to Easton Road; ? Church Road from Jenkintown Road to Washington Lane; ? Washington Lane from Church Road to Township Line Road, Nice Road from Township Line Road to West Avenue; ? Easton Road from Jenkintown Road; The Government is considering whether to remain in its existing lease space or relocate to alternative space. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move cost, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, etc. Please send expressions of interest to: Drew McGowan Trammell Crow Company Authorized GSA Representative Three Parkway Suite 1350 Philadelphia, PA 19102 Telephone: 215-399-5741 Fax: 215-399-5769 Email: DMcGowan@trammellcrow.com Please reference Project Number 5PA0065. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. 4. Date of space availability. 5. Method of rentable space measurement. 6. Building Ownership Information. 7. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost - include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). 8. List of building services provided. The Government's decision regarding whether or not to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. In the event that a potential offeror fails to provide specific rental rate or other required information as part of its response to this advertisement, the government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government's requirements
