- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,100 rentable square feet in Williamsburg/Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York within the following delineated area: North: Greenpoint Avenue South: Grand Street to Lorimer Street to Noble Street to Division Avenue to Wythe Avenue East: McGuiness Boulevard to Humbolt Street to Bushwick Avenue West: Wythe Avenue from Division Avenue in the South to Lorimer Street in the North The space must yield 6,160 BOMA usable square feet. First floor, single floor contiguous space is preferred. The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, with cancellation right after five (5) years and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
