- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems, 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT. 05491, on an other than full and open competitive basis for commercially-available onboard Integrated Maintenance Diagnostics System (IMDS) for the H-53 helicopters. These items will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, ?Acquisition of Commercial Items. The resultant contract will cover FY-06 effort. Support of the IMDS integration and operation, including sustaining engineering support, logistics support, production support, spares, parts and any nonrecurring related support will be procured utilizing delivery orders on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0022.
