- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials to overhaul of the Generator, Alternator, Input/Output NSN: 6115-01-182-3027; Input/Output P/N: AGH-815-1. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside req uirement. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. The proposed contractual action will be a five-year, firm fixed price Indef inite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with minimum quantity of 13 each, and the maximum quantity of 64 each. The maximum quantity includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales quantity of 11 each. The required production schedule is 1 per mo nth. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The rehabilitation and reconditioning of parts, equipment, and components specified shall be in accordance with the specific instructions set forth in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-6115-510 and the applicable AMCOM Enginnering Directives (AEDs). All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone or e-mail requests for proposals accepted. Request will be by data fax to (25 6) 955-9237 or mailed only to, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Bldg 5303, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Chris Webb, Contract Specialist. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of suff icient funds. Proposals will only be accepted by mail, no data FAX or Emails will be accepted. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date state above. See Note 1.
