- The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bragg, North Carolina anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Movement of Government Owned Office and Barracks Furniture and Equipment for Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina thro ugh DPM on or about 25 April 2006. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, services and transportation for the preparation and movement of Government owned office and barracks furniture and equipment at Pope Air Force Base and Fo rt Bragg, North Carolina during the base period 1 July 2006 through 30 September 2006 with four (4) one-year option periods. Services shall include a premove survey, inventorying, weighing, tagging of items, loading, disassemble, unloading, assemble and p lacing the property in the new location as directed by the Point of Contact (POC) and removal of all empty contractor-provided packing materials, unless waived by Point of Contact in writing. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business conc erns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 488991, threshold of $21.5 million. The Federal Supply Class/Service code is V003. Upon release to the public, the solicitation as well as amendments will only be available via the Inte rnet as website: http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.HTM Contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Offers due date and time will be included in the solicitation.
