Description
Ramp, Turbine Nozzle FA8104-05-R-0463 FD2030-06-52610 MODIFICATION: THE SOLICITATION/PROCUREMENT DATA LISTED ABOVE IS APPROVED FOR RELEASE TO THE QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS AS SPECIFIED IN THE INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULATION (ITAR), 22 CFR SECTIONS 121 THROUGH 128. AN EXPORT LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR RELEASE OF ANY TECHNICAL DATA RELATING TO THIS CONTRACT TO ANY FOREIGN ENTITY (SEE 22 CFR SECTION 125) ACCORDING TO THE FAR 4.1102 (OCT 03), "PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS SHALL BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) MANAGED BY THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (DLA) PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT." NSN: 2840-01-369-3079PR, Part Number: 1523M95P01, Noun: RAMP, TURBINE NOZZLE. Item Description: An integral part of the HPT Nozzle Inner Support, Circular configuration. Appl: F110. Destination: FB2039. BEQ is 255; however, there will be quantity ranges from 190-230, and 231-271, and 272-319.. Delivery: Mar 2006. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be September 26 2005. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be October 26 2005. The anticipated award date will be November 26, 2005. A Government Tested First Article is required. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. The solicitation must be printed from FedBizOps by the contractor. This office will not mail solicitations. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available. Directions for obtaining the specifications and drawings will be available with the solicitation. Note: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at the time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
