- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) program will be awarding a short-term Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to DHL Global Mail for mail manifesting services in support of the CMOP program. The award will be made under other than full and open competition - unusual and compelling urgency procedures. The VA will award the BPA for a ninety (90) day period, with authority to extend if needed, which will allow uninterrupted coverage during the transition between the current cancelled BPA and an ultimate replacement award, which will only be awarded after full and open competition among eligible offerors has occurred.
