- The Federal Avaition Administation, Independence SMO, has a requirement to provide all labor, material, tools and equipment for the replacement of a cab window in the Allentown Air Traffic Control Tower at the Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown, Pensylvania. The cab window consists of insulating clear annealed glass and the height to the top of the cab is approximately 110 feet.
