- The replacement of air cooled condensed units at the Batesville Job Corps Center for Buildings #5, #6, #9 and #14, the work involves the removal of air cooled condensing units (4 units for Buildings #5 & #9, and 2 units for Building #6) with a 120,000 BTU capacity for each building. Replace indoor evaporator coils, the refigerant piping and reuse the existing power connection if suitable. Modify the controls and remove the interlock so that the MAU and the general exhaust fan can operate independently for Building #3. Building #14 replace the old condensing unit with one of the same capacity (1 unit 48,000 BTU/H capacity.
