Description

This posting constitutes amendment 0001 to solicitation HSCEAM-06-R-00014. Via this amendment, the Government is providing revisions to Sections A, B, C, F, G, and H of the solicitation. Rather than providing change pages, the Government is reissuing each section in its entirety. It shall be solely the responsibility of each offeror to completely review each revised section provided herein to ensure they have identified all changes and fully considered the same when preparing their proposal. Significant changes are summarized herein, however, contractors are solely responsible for performing a complete review of each revised section to identify all changes as some may not be specifically highlighted herein. Section A is revised to change the total number of pages of the solicitation and to change the number of pages included in Section C. Section B is revised to change references from base year to base period, change the period of performance to commence on date of award, and change the wording in B.2 as well as the last sentence of B.4. Section C is revised throughout to incorporate a number of changes necessitated by the question and answer phase of this solicitation. Contractors shall be solely responsible for complete review of the entire SOW to identify all changes. Section F is revised to reflect a change in wording to clause F.3. Section G is revised to change clause G7, subparagraph (1). Section H is revised to change the last sentence of H.9, and to revise the last paragraph of H.2. THE TIME AND DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS IS UNCHANGED BY THIS AMENDMENT.
