- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) intends to procure on a sole source basis with Dr. Eva Guterman to assist in managing and administratively processing incoming data (including Hebrew data), coding Hebrew investigation transcripts, and supervising data entry and analyses for the Section on the Study of Social and Emotional Development (SSED). This will complete the research on the effects of domestic violence on the psychosocial adjustment of children and adolescents from a longitudinal study of Israeli youth. By Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 22 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
