- The Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration, intends to award a sole source follow-on contract to Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission for collection and analysis of Dissolved Oxygen (DO) data for the 2006 low DO season for Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes in Northern Arkansas.
