- This contract is a Physician services contract ad defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The purpose of the contract is to assist students in attaining and maintaining optimal Health and Wellness by providing basic health care services as defined in the Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH). The medical services include promotion, prevention, assessment, intervention treatment and follow-up care. Also to educate and teach students to achieve and maintain optimal health which will contribute to their ability to retain employment.
