Description
PR No: RE060880010000; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. This solicitation is for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: UNISON INDUSTRIES INC. (Cage 59501); and, CO-OPERATIVE INDUSTRIES, INC. (Cage 81482). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6150-01-198-9175; P/N 6052T07P01; AEQ = 28 Base Year, 28 each Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 56 Base Year and 56 each Option Year. The technical/quality/test requirements for the above part number will be IAW General Electric Co., (Cage 99207) Drawing 6052T07 Rev E Dated 03 Oct 2004. This is an Air Force designated Critical Safety Item (CSI). Delivery: FOB Origin, 159 days ARO. Inspection and Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 24 Apr 2006. The anticipated award date is 31 July 2006. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
