Description
. Railing will be a 3-level and approximately 27' long. 42? handrail w/kickplate installed w/ one 6? wide swinging gate w/ self-closing hinges. The deck shall be 3/4" tongue and groove plywood with a ?? underlayment on top of Plywood decking in preparation for future floor tile installation. The underside of mezzanine shall be painted White enamel. All handrails in yellow enamel, all other steel components will be finished in gray enamel. Total load capacity should be able to hold 125lbs. per square foot. This price to include all materials and labor, 1 EA $____. LINE ITEM 0004; Mezzanines for plumbing shop, 16? 4.5? X 50? 10? W/ notch of 10? 5.5? x 4? 10.5? 782 Square Foot Mezzanine to have 16? 4.5? X 16? 11 / 17? column spacing. All components are designed for bolt-together assembly on site. Deck height to be 9? 4? (112?); clear height to be 8? 0? Constructed with ASTM A570 Grade E cold-formed 13? steel framing atop ASTM A500 Grade B5? X 5? structural steel tube columns with 10? X 10? baseplates. Staircase with landing to be provided, design with 7? rise and 11? deep tread to meet OSHA requirements. Stairs are constructed with ASTM A570 Grade E cold-formed steel. Treads are steel diamond plate with open risers. 42? handrail w/kickplate installed w/ one 6? wide swinging gate w/ self-closing hinges. All assembly hardware, including column anchor bolts to be included. The underside of mezzanine shall be painted White enamel.
