- The United States Mint is seeking ways to optimize and expand its current numismatic sales and marketing processes and sales channels, develop future revenue streams, and explore avenues to position its products for sale within the global marketplace. The United States Mint is seeking information from firms capable of providing advanced commercial revenue growth strategy services. As an initial step in this assessment, the United States Mint is seeking information from firms that specialize in working with private sector manufacturing/retail companies with revenues of $350 million or more per annum. Secondly, the United States Mint is seeking information regarding firms specializing in strategic planning management services that have a proven track record of dramatically increasing (e.g., doubling or tripling) revenues of similarly-sized manufacturing/retail companies. The United States Mint is looking for potential vendors that have the following capabilities: ? Specialized knowledge of: private sector manufacturing processes, retail business strategies, international expansion, and sales channel optimization ? Provided growth strategies that have at least doubled annual revenues for existing ?Fortune 1000? clients ? Proven leadership in revenue growth strategies, as demonstrated by publication in leading trade or industry magazines/journals (provide citations/links) ? Prestigious and well-known reputation in the field of strategic planning and revenue growth The United States Mint is requesting literature (one page/500 words maximum), that will demonstrate the vendor?s ability to meet the specified capabilities outlined above, commercial price lists (if available), and references (agency name, point of contact, and phone number). This literature should be delivered no later than close of business (COB) Tuesday, April 4, 2006. No additional information is requested at this time. Please note that this information is being requested for information and planning purposes. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on the information provided or otherwise pay for the information requested. Dependent upon the results of this market survey, The United States Mint may subsequently issue a solicitation to acquire the appropriate consulting services.
