- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) - Intent to Sole Source this is a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Vermond Systems Inc., 12 Market Place, Essex Junction, VT 05452. This acquisition will be accomplished using Contracting By Negotiation Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. Specific equipment includes VSI Photo ID Card System for the Child Youth Management System (CYMS). The anticipated date of award is April 17, 2006.
