Description

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, tools, parts, equipment, transportation and incidentals needed to ensure full compliance and adherence with the contract terms and conditions. All work shall be done in strict compliance and in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns and contract award will be made based on the criteria outlined in the Request for Quotations. The date for receipt of quotations is April 17, 2006, 2:00 PM (MST). Quotes must be received prior to the date and time of closing to be considered for possible contract award.
