- The requirement is for Tiber Maintenance Services at Tiber Dam in Chester, Montana. Tiber Dam is located on the Marias River in Liberty County, Montana, approximately 20 miles southwest of Chester, Montana, and 71 miles upstream from the confluence of the Marias River with the Missouri River. Please contact Barbara Merrill for further detail. The Solicitation is tentatively schedule to be available on or around April 4, 2006. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for April 18, 2006, at the Bureau of Reclamation Montana Area Office, 2900 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana 59101. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for additional set. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 561720. The small business standard is $15,000,000 dollars. This is a total small business set-aside. After issuance, the Solicitation, Offer, and Award Form (Standard Form 1442) may be viewed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To request a hard copy of the solicitation contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7338, Attn: Barbara Merrill. The request must be on Company Letterhead, and include the following information: contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number, and Dun and Bradstreet number. Vendors are required to register in CCR prior to award of a contract.
