No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX6T2023, NSN: 2915-01-515-3572, PN: 4046T52G41, Quantity: 100 each minimum/540 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-601/AH-64A Engine T-701C. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each, 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Require d delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each, 275 DACA and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to General Electric Company, Cage Code 99207, and Woodward Governor Company, C age Code 66503 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by acc essing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimat ed date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respect ive embassies.
