Description

The US Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement to replace a rubberized roof, (approximately 25,000 Square Feet). The requirement consists of removing the existing roof, which consists of several layers of roofing and insulation (built-up roofi ng and loose laid rubber roofing), and installing new insulation and fully adhered 60 mil rubber roof and all necessary flashing, termination bar, roof drains, etc. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demo nstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160. The size standard is $13M average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years. The corresponding wage rate determination will be strictly enforced. Prospective vendors must be actively r egistered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Further information may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov.
