- Description: See numbered notes 22 & 26. NSN 2990-01-291-1276 Cover, Exhaust Manifold. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQTC) with an estimated combined annual quantity of 1232. The FOB point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery is 145 days, shipped to various CONUS stock locations. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date 04/20/06.
