- PR No: RL042430120000; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for the FMS Build Frigates Class Ships. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 2925-01-143-0092; AEQ = 120 base year and 120 for any option years. Delivery: FOB Destination, Acceptance is Origin, 128 DARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. If Certification is required, request a DD form 2345, military critical technical data Agreement, from defense logistics services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
