- Description
- The government intends to establish a competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, Price Performance Trade-Off. The IDIQ contract will include a five-year Basic with another five-year option. This is in support of the A-10 Aircraft. The facilities of the successful bidder shall be within a 400 mile radius of Spangdahlem Air Base Germany. The schedule will identify Fir Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement contract line items. The contemplated contract will provide Depot In-Theater Maintenance Assistance. The tasks will include over and above, drop-in maintenance, de-paint / paint, crash damage repair, service life extension program SLEP1, wing station inspections and repair, landing gear replacement and schedule structural inspection (SSI), and modification installations as planned or needed. Draft RFP issue date: 21 OCT 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-OCT-2005).
