The building must be located within the following delineated area: North Highway 114 East Highway 161 South Valley View Lane West Beltline Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2007. The offered space must be first class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government??s general and specific requirements, including, but not limited to: ? Space must be contiguous and located above grade level. ? Two (2) reserved parking spaces. ?
