- This requirement is a sole source procurement for Denials Management Inc. The consultant shall provide all consultative services necessary to perform an audit of the data base of denied third party claims and data based Claims Saver Pro a software system for both inpatient and outpatient services for all non-military patients seen at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) and/or Schofield Barracks Health clinic also referred to as the Military Treatment Facility: (MTF). This requirement is to identify claims that can realistically appealed and collected, instruct TAMC staff to effectively utilize Claim Saver Pro software, assist the TAMC staff to improve their collection techniques and skills, and effectively improve TAMC s billed to collected ratio of third party claims. The contract performance period will commence on or about April 10, 2006 through December 31, 2006. Payments will be processed as performance is completed. This requirement is a sole source procurement for Denials Management Inc. The solicitation will be available upon request on or about 27 March 2006. All quotes or proposed offers are due before or no later than 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time on March 31, 2006. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561499 and the size standard is $6M.
