Description: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the instructions to download the subject RFP cited above as follows: Go the to DCC-W webage at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil, and once there, click on -Services- (left side), then, on the right side of t he page under -Services for Business Partners-, click on RFPS, that will take you to the page where your company must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database to receive Department of Defense contract awards resulting from solic itations. At this point, you enter your registration information and you will be able to download the Army Training Models RFP (W74V8H-06-R-0013) with attachments.
