- A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for NSN 2840-01-421-9733 P/N: 4083054, Combustion Liner, Location TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015, Item 0001 The solicitation will include the following quantity range: Minimum 456, Median 912, Maximum 1368, Size: approx 1 ? inches, Function: one of twelve segments in each row of the inner combustor floatwall liners featuring that meter combustion air and dilution for optimum operation and temperature profile. Material: PWA1475/COAT . Applicable to: F100/229 Engine. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery : 912 EA Dec 06. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 14 Apr 06 . The anticipated award date will be May 2006 . This is a sole source requirement to United Technologies/Pratt Whitney. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. . All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on 14 May 2006. The award date is estimated to be on or about May 31 2006. See Government-Wide Numbered Notes 23 and 26. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
