- Approximate solicitation issue date: 10 APR 2006. This is a Request for Proposal Synopsis. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for Planned maintenance visits on the Autoclaves and Ovens. This will include On-Site Emergency Maintenance and spare parts. Contract will be for one basic year plus up to four option year periods. Option years may be exercised out of sequence. The Statement of Work ? which includes all futher details will be available upon solicitation issue date. All information necessary for proposal bidding will be included with the solicitation, which is to be issued on or around 4/10/06. This synopsis is simply a notification to any interested contractors ? so that you may watch for the upcoming solicitation and prepare accordingly. No other technical information will be available until that time. APPROXIMATE AWARD DATE: 5/19/06. Place of contract performance: Hill AFB, UT. This acquisition is a Sole Source, Limited Sources.
