- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Flight Standards Training Division (AFS-500) requires the services of a contractor to provide subject matter experts to teach a training course for the FAA inspector workforce on the concepts, philosophies, and functions of an air carrier Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS). The FAA anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed price hourly rates. The period of performance is base year plus four one-year options, for a total of five years. An questions and/or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Specialist no later than 2PM on April 12 in order to receive timely FAA feedback. The offeror's submission in response to the Screening Information Request/ Request for Offer is due no later than Wednesday, April 19, 2006 by 2:00PM via mail or hand delivery. No emails or faxes are permitted.
