Description

L.A. Job Corps is requesting bids for a part-time Mental Health Consultant to provide evaluations, case management, group therapy, staff training and supervision. Five years work experience with teens and young adults. Must have current California License and own Professional Liability Insurance. The terms of the contract will be for two years commencing on May 1, 2006 and continuing until April 30, 2008 with the option to extend this contract's period for up to three years in successive one year increments. YWCA of Greater Los Angeles operates the Los Angeles Job Corps Center under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration. Job Corps is federally funded training and education program for youth ages 16-24 years and who meet certain other criteria. The successful bidder must also comply with all Federal Regulations clauses and be compliant under all related federal statutory requirements and regulations.
