- Amend to change the statement in the description/specifications/work statement page number 6 under SERVICE HOURS/Contract Period to read: Guard/security service shall be provided in two (2) shifts between the hours of 4:15 p.m. to 8:15 a.m., 7 days per week, for the period April 1, 2006 through July 30, 2006. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), New York Animal Import Center (NYAIC) requires a purchase order for unarmed, Class II, guard/security service. The NYAIC complex consists of 19 buildings within a fifteen (15) acre fenced area located at 200 Drury Lane, Rock Tavern, New York 12575. The period of performance will be from April 1 through July 30, 2006.
