- The subject requirement is 5 NSNs. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is Unrestricted with other than full and open after exclusion of sources. NAICS is 336412 with 500 as the standard size. The Solicitation will be available on April 13, 2006 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. See Note(s) 9 and 26. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
