- The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with TIS America, Inc, 591 North Avenue, 3 Lakeside Office Park, Wakefield, MA 01880 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b) ???Soliciting from a Single Source??? to purchase TIS eFlow Software and support services as outlined below. The software is part of the Integrated Image Based Data Capture System (IIBDC) at the WilkesBarre Data Operations Center. TIS has no authorized resellers of this product, or support services. The anticipated Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) description, and quantity are as follows: CLIN 0001 TIS EFLOW SUBS, LICENSE TYPE: PC, two (2) each; CLIN 0002 TIS E-FLOW COMPLETION STATIONS, LICENSE TYPE: PC, twenty-five (25) each; CLIN 0003 TIS E FLOW ADDITIONAL ENGINES, LICENSE TYPE: PC, twenty-one (21) each; CLIN 0004 TIS ISIS DRIVERS, LICENSE TYPE: PC, five (5) each; CLIN 0005 TIS SPECIFIC ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING, Not To Exceed one thousand (1000) hours. The following are the technical specifications of the maintenance: must include updates, upgrades, and fixes. This is proprietary software and TIS is the only source known to the government. . The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is NOT available. Therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
