- The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis, from Frew & Associates, Monterey, CA. The services are for support of the Information Professional Center of Excellence (IPCOE). The Naval Postgraduate School located in Monterey, CA supports the U.S. Navy, other U.S. Military Branches and foreign military services with postgraduate education for personnel. The agency is in need for Services for the Functional Integrated Facilitation for the Information Professional Senior Officer Course (IPSOC). The IPSOC is a two-week Executive Education program designed for senior IP Officers at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Executive Education, Monterey, CA. The IPSOC directly supports the IP Community Strategic goals. IPs must have the ability to transform our Navy?s operation/business practices and warfighting capabilities in order to usher in the vision of Sea Power 21. In the effort to develop support for the upcoming IPSOC in May 2006 the vendor must have the expertise, knowledge and participation in facilitating, preparing data, interviewing and meeting with module owners to complete the course. N00244-06-T-0418 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or before March 30, 2006.
