- This is a non-personal service, commercial acquisition for Other Health Insurance (OHI) discovery and verification for all non-military patients seen at Tripler Army Medical Center and/or Schofield Barracks Health Clinic in support of the Patient Adm inistration Division at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-06-T-0054 applies. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and services necessary. Contractor services include but a re not limited to: Electronically obtaining and reviewing patient appointments, admissions and Emergency Room encounters on a weekly basis; Reviewing electronic data to eliminate duplication of patients information based upon multiple visits by the patien t; Once new OHI is discovered, provide to the MTF all pertinent OHI; Provide weekly updates of patients identified with new insurance coverage; Provide weekly updates of patients without insurance coverage. Period of Performance is from 10 April 2006 through 09 April 2007. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source set-aside to Benefit Recovery Specialists.
