- Provide all plant, labor, equipment, material, supervision, to perform all operations to rebuild diesel engines which are part of a generator set. The government would be responsible for delivery of engines to contractor facility. As a result of th e Request for Proposal, Sierra Army Depot intends to award Requirements contract with a base period beginning on the effective date of the award and continuing for twelve months with four twelve month option periods. The government will be responsible for delivery of engines to the contractor in shipping crates and the contractor shall be responsible for return shipping in same shipping crates to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-a-sid e. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 333618. The related small business size standard is 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is April 4, 2006.
