- Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to BARCODING.COM, 2220 Boston Street, Suite 200 Baltimore Maryland 21231-3205 on GSA contract number GS-35F-0525L on or about 3 Apr 2006 for the the purchase, services, installation of the check in/out barcode tracking system, 573 GSS/DORS Travis Air Force Base California. This requirement is a sole source pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and (d)(1)(B) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be actively registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov and must complete FAR 52.212-3 (Representation and Certification) at http://www.orca.bpn.gov.
