- Hill Air Force Base is contemplating entering into an agreement, with interested parties, to provide a Government Retiree Newsletter - at no cost to the Government. This agreement would provide the offeror to enter into subscription service with local Retirees to provide current news and items of interest. This notice is to pulse the commercial market to identify any interested parties willing to accept advertisement revenues as compensation for providing this service to the local Government Retiree Community.
