The program covers some 700 beneficiaries residing in a nineteen county area in Pennsylvania and two counties in Southern New York. Vendor will provide a comprehensive home oxygen program compliant with current JCAHO regulation, to include full documentation on equipment and supplies issued and maintenance performed. Multiple awards may be made; the solicitation will be cascade: SDVOSB / SB / All Offerors. Solicitation will be published within the next six weeks.
