- Description
- The purpose of this request is to seek prospective offerors to assist in developing, distributing, and supporting the development of Dialysis Facility Reports and Outcome Lists. This project will provide detailed reports about kidney dialysis facilities in formats that are useful to CMS, states, and to the health care providers at the facilities. These reports will include summaries of patient characteristics, facility characteristics, patient outcomes, and facility practice patterns. These reports will include comparative state, regional, and national statistics. (Draft Statement of Work attached) Interested parties who feel that that they possess the capabilities to perform or provide the services described above, should provide a capabilities statement demonstrating their qualifications and ability to perform the requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The capabilities statement should be limited to five type written pages. Documentation should be received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by CMS. A determination by CMS not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion on of the government.
