- This is a combined Solicitation/Synopsis for Grounds maintenance services at DOE/ORO facilities, located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This procurement is restricted to SBA Certified HUB-Zone firms and will be awarded as a Fixed-Price contract under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 in conjuction with Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, FAR Part 13.
