- ** MODIFICATION REFLECTS CHANGE IN DELINEATED AREA & SUBMISSION DATE ** The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 13,300 rentable sq. ft in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania within the following delineated area: North – Vaughn Street from Front to Hoffman Streets East – Vaughn & Hoffman Street to 4th and Chestnut, via Hoffman, 6th, Division, 7th, Walnut, & 4th West – Chestnut Street from Front to 4th Street South – Front Street from Vaughn to Chestnut The space should yield between 11,670 to 11,700 BOMA usable sq. ft. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
