Description
Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5940-00-234-3383, RH052070030000, Terminal Stud. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. A technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP request to DSCR vie internet, the Internet address is http:// ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase, please). This requirement will be issue as a small business set aside. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price. The base quantity is 5924 and each of the option years is 5924. Award decision will be made based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The anticipated solicitation issue date is January 31, 2006.
