- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source award to C & C Technologies, Lafayette, LA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). The requirement is for the contractor to deliver the digital products and hard copies of geophysical and oceanographic data on discrete sites of the ocean floor. The contractor shall provide an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) capable of subsurface missions up to 50 contiguous hours, operating in ocean depths from 250 meters to a maximum depth of 3,000 meters. The AUV will have the minimum capability to simultaneously collect multibeam bathymetry, sidescan sonar, and sub-bottom profiler data, providing real-time data feedback from all survey sensors of the seafloor. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements contract for a period of five years. NAICS Code 541360 and Business Size 210 employees applies.
