Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a fixed price IDIQ contact for a base year and 4 option years. The requirement is for development and delivery of Regulatory Law Training. The course shall address the fundamentals of laws, regulation and policies which govern animal health products. The course shall also address basic legal issues that may affect developing and marketing veterinary products. On or about 01/01/2005 the FDA will post the solicitation to http://www.fedbizopps.gov NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-DEC-2005).
